🎯 Vendor Selection & Application Timeline
All vendor spaces are limited and carefully curated by category to ensure a balanced and elevated marketplace experience.

Vendor applications will be accepted through July 15

July 15 is the final deadline to submit an application

All applications will be reviewed after the submission period closes

Final approval emails will be sent on July 17
Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance.
Vendors are selected based on:

Category availability

Overall fit for the event

💳 Booth Fee, Payment & Refund Policy

The vendor booth fee is $100 per approved vendor
-
Payment details will be provided in the approval email sent on July 17

Payment must be completed within the timeframe outlined in the approval email to secure your space
Please note:

Booth spaces are only reserved once payment is received
-
All payments are final and non-refundable
-
Vendor spots are non-transferable
Failure to submit payment on time may result in forfeiture of your approved space.

🧒 Vendor Eligibility

Vendors must be children or teens (ages 6–17)

A parent or guardian is required to be present at all times

Businesses should be created and led by the child, with appropriate support

🛍️ Product Guidelines
To maintain a curated and diverse marketplace:

Products must be appropriate for all audiences

No resale of mass-produced or wholesale items unless approved

No prohibited or unsafe items
-
Food vendors must follow all applicable safety guidelines (if applicable)
We reserve the right to decline or remove any products that do not align with the event’s standards.

🏪 Booth Setup & Responsibilities
Vendors are responsible for their own booth setup and presentation unless otherwise stated.

Booth spaces will be assigned and may not be changed without approval

Maintain a clean, organized, and visually presentable space

Be fully set up prior to the event start time

Detailed setup and breakdown instructions will be provided prior to the event.

⏰ Attendance & Event Day Expectations
To ensure a consistent and professional experience for all attendees:

Vendors must arrive on time and be fully set up before the event begins

Early breakdown of booths is not permitted under any circumstances

All vendors are expected to remain fully set up and operational for the entire duration of the event
This policy is essential to maintaining the integrity and experience of the market for guests and fellow vendors.

All vendors and families are expected to represent Ascent Future Founders with professionalism and respect.

Be courteous to fellow vendors, guests, and event staff

Maintain a positive, encouraging environment

Follow all event guidelines and staff instructions
Failure to comply may result in removal from the event without refund.

By participating, vendors agree that:

Photos and videos may be taken during the event

Content may be used for marketing and promotional purposes by Ascent Future Founders

Ascent Future Founders and event organizers are not responsible for:

Lost, stolen, or damaged items

Injuries or accidents during the event
Vendors participate at their own risk and are responsible for their own property and safety.
